Designing and building your individual house is your chance to create the home you really want, with the right number of rooms, your chosen fixtures and fittings, the swimming pool you have always dreamed of, the kitchen with everything just where you want it, the garden with terraces or courtyards, relaxing balconies and fountains. You can outline your needs to us and we will first try to find a suitable plot in combination with several estate agents in the east of Crete where we have a close relationship with. Perhaps it will be a secluded spot near the beach or high up on the mountainside, where you can take in the views, or somewhere in the countryside.

Once the land-purchase-contract procedure is finished or even during the procedure, we can start discussing the house plans until we adapt them to your satisfaction. At the same time we define the relevant costs concerning the basic building cost, as well as the price for optional extras requested by you (such as fireplace, heating system, solar panel, stone features, etc.) During this procedure we will request from you a pre-plan fee, 50% of which should be paid in advance and the rest upon your signed acceptance of the proposed plans. After your acceptance of the drawings the responsible architect applies for the building license at the local Planning Office. As soon as the building license has been issued, the project is handed over to one of our project managers.
