At the same time we define the relevant costs concerning the basic building cost, as well as the price for optional extras requested by you (such as fireplace, heating system, solar panel, stone features, etc.) During this procedure we will request from you a pre-plan fee, 50% of which should be paid in advance and the rest upon your signed acceptance of the proposed plans. After your acceptance of the drawings the responsible architect applies for the building license at the local Planning Office. As soon as the building license has been issued, the project is handed over to one of our project managers.
